Upcoming 2024 Senior State Open on June 10 & 11

- The 2024 Senior State Open is Sponsored by Fairfield Glade and will be held on Monday, 6/10 and Tuesday, 6/11
- for the 15th consecutive year at Stonehenge Golf Club, consistently ranked as one of the "best courses you can play in Tennessee."
- The 36-hole tournament welcomes 126 seniors from around the state.
- Crossville's Kip Henley is the 2023 defending champion, pulling off a one-stroke win on the 18th hole.
- Henley was a golf professional in Fairfield Glade in the 80's and the original Head Professional at Heatherhurst from 1987-1998.
- Henley became the first amateur to win the Tennessee Senior State Open since 2015.
- 6 other players from Crossville will compete this year as well: Kelvin Burgin (former Sr State Open champ), John Bradshaw, Tim Rich, Gary Sult Jr., Eddie Wyatt, Greg Wyatt

All of his life, Brian has been around the game of golf. As a youngster, Brian competed at all levels in junior and high school golf. Brian had a zero chance for a college golf scholarship, so he worked on the grounds crew at West Bend Country Club to pay for his University of Wisconsin education. In his adult years, his passion for the game collided with his entrepreneurial spirit and in 2004 launched GolfWisconsin.com. In 2007, the idea for a network of local golf directory sites formed and GolfTrips.com was born. It is an understatement to say, Brian is passionate about promoting golf and golf travel on a local, regional, national and international level.
